F.A.Q.

1. Where can I find model number of my equipment?

On the machine there will be a sticker with the Model and Serial Number of the unit:
EX:
  • MTD Model Numbers appear in the following format: 11A-A2S5516
  • Husqvarna Model Numbers appear as 11 numbers without any spaces or dash: 966604702 and 9 numbers for handhelds

2. Why do I not see my Brand listed in drop down menu?
Parts are listed under the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Please take the time to match your equipment  “Brand” with OEM brand . ** These brands do not support model search. You MUST have PARTS # to order parts** If you need help finding your part number, please call us 1-800-610-5635 or email:   [email protected]


3.Why am I getting  an Error with the Parts Lookup?


Verify you have only entered a Part Number or Model Number, NOT both
Verify you have entered a Model or Part NUMBER exactly in correct OEM format.

4. Why does my part say “Call Us”?
Certain Special Order parts especially for older machines need a human touch to verify with the Manufacturer if indeed those parts are still available. Please call us: 1-800-610-5635

5. My part number is not being accepted
Make sure the format is correct ie. Husqvarna part numbers do not have any spaces or dashes whereas MTD part numbers do. Please call us: 1-800-610-5635

6. What is the Orange Triangle next to certain part numbers?
The Orange Triangle indicates there has been a change made to that specific part number, please use the updated Part Number indicated by hovering over the Orange Triangle symbol

7. Do you carry parts for SEARS/ CRAFTSMAN?

Yes. If you have your SEARS part# we carry SEAR/Craftsman parts from original Equipment Manufacturer. Use chart below to select proper Brand.

8. Why isn't SEARS/CRAFTSMAN listed as a brand?

SEARS equipment are often manufactured by other OEM manufacturers. To find correct part please follow :

944 = AYP
C950 = Briggs & Stratton ( formerly Murray)
C459= MTD

9.When can I expect to receive my order?

We are  experiencing higher volume causing delays in fulfilling and shipping orders.

Unless some parts need to be sourced from a distribution centre.
